Many friends and fans of Oakland Originals have been asking when the documentaries will be viewable online.
Great question! After the exciting run of screenings at the Grand Lake Theater this summer and fall, we’re eager make the docs available for all to see and share.
First, we wanted to update the website, so we have a suitable place to post the videos. As you can see, the website is looking great. It will continue to grow in fun and interesting ways in the coming weeks. Please send us your suggestions if there’s something you’d like to see on the site.
Next, we are looking toward the future. To fund the next round of documentaries, we need community support. That means donations large and small from individuals like you. To help build fundraising momentum, we will roll out the first four documentaries online as we launch our crowd-funding campaign.
